The property - a well built Cotswold property dating back to the 1960's. Our client wished to enlarge the property by converting the double garage to a kitchen/family room, rationalise the existing accomodation and adding a further bedroom. We proposed a two storey link between existing house and garage, repositioning of staircase, and some internal alterations to provide a rational attractive home.
