The process can be broken into the following key stages – 1. Survey – We measure the project site/existing building and work up a survey model and set of survey drawings. 2. Design stage – We work up design proposals and work with you to develop a solution that fits your needs and would be acceptable to local planning policy. 3. Planning – We prepare all necessary planning documentation and supporting information, submit, follow up and work with the planning officer to achieve success for you. 4. Building regulations – we develop the design drawings created for planning to add the technical details necessary to achieve building regulations approval. 5. Supervision – if required we would be happy to supervise the construction works.
