Covid19 Update – September 2020
The New Normal?
As the country is hopefully slowly reverting to normal, or likely the new normal, we wish to update clients and prospect clients on our current status and how we intend to maintain site visits and meetings safely into the foreseeable future.
We fully intend to continue using video conferencing as a way to communicate without face to face meetings but where a video conference meeting is not appropriate, we can offer both on site and office meetings.
All meetings will be carried out in full compliance with all coronavirus social distancing guidelines in place at the time, the safety of our clients and staff remains our priority and our policy will be as follows:
Site meetings to include initial prospect meetings, site surveys and site visits
Our staff member will be wearing a mask and gloves
As far as is practical, as much of the meeting as possible is to be held outdoors
The 2m distancing rule is to be maintained
The meeting is to be cancelled if either any member of the household or our staff is showing signs of possible Covid19.
Meetings at our office
We have adapted out meeting space to protect both client and staff and we intend to carry out meetings under the following criteria:
A partition in place between staff and client and masks can be worn if requested.
Hand gel is available and we would appreciate visitors using it on entry
The 2m distancing rule is to be maintained
The meeting is to be cancelled if either any member of the household or our staff is showing signs of possible Covid19.
