Getting back to normal?
As the Country slowly reverts to normal, or likely the new normal, we wish to update clients and prospect clients on our current status.
Having been very lucky that all of our projects been retained and have progressed during the lockdown period and now that the restrictions are easing we are looking to move forward with new clients and new projects.
Up until 1st July 2020
We have made the decision that we will continue our policy not to hold any face to face meetings until the end of June and we have found that meetings using video conferencing software has proved invaluable allowing us to progress projects remotely and we will continue to offer this option.
Going forward after 1st July 2020
We fully intend to continue using video conferencing as a way to communicate without face to face meetings, but as of the beginning of July we will recommence, where a video conference meeting is not appropriate, to offer both on site and office meetings.
All meetings will be carried out in full compliance with all coronavirus social distancing guidelines in place at the time, the safety of our clients and staff remains our priority and our policy will be as follows:
Site meetings to include initial prospect meetings, site surveys and site visits
Our staff member will be wearing a mask and gloves
As far as is practical, meetings will be held outdoors
The 2m distancing rule is to be maintained
The meeting is to be cancelled if either any member of the household or our staff is showing signs of possible Covid19.
Meetings at our office
We have adapted out meeting space to protect both client and staff and we intend to carry out meetings under the following criteria:
A partition to be in place between staff and client and masks can be worn if requested.
The 2m distancing rule is to be maintained
The meeting is to be cancelled if either any member of the household or our staff is showing signs of being possible Covid19.
